Do grief and happiness sound like an oxymoron to you? Do you think you can grieve and be happy at the same time? The good news is that you can. This workshop will guide you through the process of discovering your happiness while honoring your grief by writing to explore your thoughts and beliefs.
In the three two-hour sessions, we will:
· Write together and explore what we write.
· Discuss with workshop participants what we discover while writing.
· Learn how to establish a daily writing practice to find comfort and happiness while grieving.
Come prepared with a pen, a notebook, and an open heart.
