Think Wholeness: Understand the whole you goes through experiences and the whole you is greater than any experience. Cultivate knowledge of wholeness.
Forgive and Remember : How to forgive the unforgivable, remembering all that has been significant in the experience that you will take with you into the future.
Free Imprisoned Power: Understand the seeming powerlessness underlying frustration and unlock your power to move forward.
Wait Your Way: Convert a period of waiting from a passive state to an active state. Practice waiting as a preparation for what you want next.
Pray Practically: Learn and practice a method of praying that fosters realization of wholeness and empowers you to live fully.

The Grief and Happiness Journaling Workshop
3 weeks - 11 AM - 12:30 PM
$75 for All 3 Classes
Do grief and happiness sound like an oxymoron to you? Do you think you can grieve and be happy at the same time? The good news is that you can. This workshop will guide you through the process of discovering your happiness while honoring your grief by writing to explore your thoughts and beliefs.
In the three two-hour sessions, we will:
· Write together and explore what we write.
· Discuss with workshop participants what we discover while writing.
· Learn how to establish a daily writing practice to find comfort and happiness while grieving.
Come prepared with a pen, a notebook, and an open heart.
